My personal favourites are the clothes ranges, the ladies’ bags and accessories, the household and kitchen categories, and sometimes also books which I cannot get in the book shops
The Amazon website pages are very easy to browse and navigate, with easy, quick and efficient product selection and payment options. You can also depend on a reliable delivery and return system (I have never had to return any product that I have purchased, so my knowledge about the return policy is very limited)
The Amazon buyers can compare the features, specifications and prices of different products, and read the reviews given by buyers. These reviews and ratings allow the prospective buyers to make informed decision before placing their final orders

When I am in doubt even after reading the reviews of a product, I prefer not to go ahead with the purchase. In such cases what I do is, I read the product description on Amazon and then visit the Store or the Dealer to physically inspect the product before buying it

Amazon offers competitive prices ranges. With different sellers offering the same category of products at different prices, shoppers can compare prices and choose the best deal. But sometimes I feel that some products are being sold at rather too cheap rates, and it raises a doubt in my mind about the quality of those products. In such cases, I go for the slightly expensive ones. This is the advantage of Amazon online shopping that I like very much - comparing the prices, reading the reviews, and deciding which one I want to buy
Furthermore, to make their offers tempting to their customers, Amazon offers deals and discounts on selected products throughout the year, especially during the great Indian festival seasons, making it easy to save money while shopping
Those with Amazon Prime Membership are eligible to a host of benefits, which I am not very well aware of because I have not subscribed to this membership

I look at it in two ways - either place an order with Amazon, or get details about a product from Amazon and then go to the Store or the Dealer and buy the product, after first hand physical inspection
When I am relaxing at home, I like to browse through the Amazon pages even if I don’t have any plans for buying anything. Whereas, sometimes while casual browsing something catches my eyes and, based on the reviews and ratings, I finally decide to place my order. You may call it impulsive buying, but I consider it to be worth my decision to buy the product
It is worth mentioning that if you are either too busy to visit the Store or the Dealer, or if you have mobility issues, then Amazon online shopping is the best option to get quality items delivered right to your doorstep
